The movers were very nice but rough with our belongings. They scratched our coffee table in 3 spots, made a dent in the upstairs cabinet where they placed the TV, broke a cabinet door, scratched the door frames upstairs, made a small dent in the stairwell wall and got fingerprints all over the wall and banged up our washing machine. I think two of the men worked well together but the 3rd one was small for a mover and seemed to play around instead of helping which led to discontent with the other two men. I give them credit for working hard and trying to please us.

They really did a good job. However, there were a few dings and scratches on our furniture after the move. I do think they did try their best though. Sometimes things just happen.

My furniture was damaged and no one called me yet.

Items were damaged. Promised a $50 BB&B gift certificate for soiled mattress cover. Promised $50 for fireplace screen that was destroyed. Called 3 times about this, received apologies and promises of action but have not received the compensation.

Damage was done to furniture. Twice they had to go back for items they left behind. I went back to my house I was moving from and found they had not moved another 2 items. Frustrating. I had to call someone with a large truck to help me move these 2 items. I have used 2 Men and a truck 3 times in the past 10 years but not again.

Mover very careless. They tried to remove my refrigerator without taking the handles off, which is something I was told they do. They attempted to get It out the door and dented the stainless steel front in several spots. Then, they un-wrapped it took the doors handles off, re-wrapped and it went out. A simple measurement would have avoided this issue. Secondly I was told they would take care of the bed and bed frame. Well, my bed was never put back together correctly. It’s wobbly now and not attached incorrectly. I also bought mattress bags. It was on when it left my house. Upon arrival the movers took it off (don’t know why) and dropped my mattress all over the dirty driveway. It went from a new mattress to having dirt everywhere. Still waiting for company to resolve issues.

They broke a $700.00 lamp, a chair I inherited from my grandmother, didn’t wrap 2 pieces of glass and had a latter leaning on them, put a large piece of pottery from Wales unwrapped sitting on the garage floor.
Have things on freezer, so I can’t open freezer. Can’t find my sister’s blue and white china from Wales, that I inherited when she passed away. Can’t find my $3000.00 crystal chandelier. That didn’t even bring all of the boxes inside the apartment.
They would label a box “kitchen”, and it would have things from the garage, kitchen, bedroom, etc. I can’t walk all the way through my garage.

Overall experience went better than expected based on other moving companies that I have used in the past. The only issue I've had is with having a manager call me back regarding damage repairs at my former residence. I spoke with someone on April 16th on a follow up call after the move and they said a manager would call me about the damage repairs within 48 hours which did not happen. I suppose I will have to fix the damages myself. A large hole was punched in the wall and there are several other dents in the door frames. The movers were excellent and I'm not complaining about their efforts as they had a tough job that day. I would recommend that they take more breaks to rest and break down large items before trying to move them, it would have saved time and prevented the damages.

I was extremely pleased with the men who moved me. They were courteous, friendly, on time and efficient. They got me moved and settled without a hitch. Also their appearance was neat and clean. They were very careful with my furniture, it was delivered a and set up without a scratch. If I ever move again I will definitely call Two Men and a Truck. I will also recommend your company to anyone that is moving.

The 2 men were courteous, displayed a good attitude, with patience that made the experience as positive as it could be as I moved my Mom into memory care.
