Overall satisfied. However I feel like I paid a lot of money for the amount of work from the team as a whole. Ed, the obvious leader of the team, was outstanding. The other guys were very nice but not in any way as capable as Ed, and to be honest may have actually slowed the process down.

Our moving guys were absolutely awesome! They went out of their way to help with anything I needed. They were polite, funny, and fast. They took care of our things and made sure we understood anything we needed to know. They deserve a bonus for this one!!

Ed and Gerald took great care of us. Both were very conscientious and did a wonderful job. Ed especially has such leadership qualities, really put our minds at ease that they would take good care of our belongings, and kept us informed about process, etc. You really have a great employee there! And with some experience and continued training Gerald will also be an asset to your company.

The 3 guys that moved me were super nice and moved like the speed of lightning. They were very careful with my belongings and took very care of them. Went beyond their duties. I will reccomend 2 men and a truck to everyone.

John and his team were great! They were really nice and professional. They even let my six year old son, "help" with some age appropriate things. It was a good day. Also, everything was handled with care. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with all 7 guys. They did a great job, were careful and were very efficient. All questions were answered. I am very happy with the service and would use anyone on this crew again. Also, I am very satisfied with the interaction with the office staff and my in home evaluation. I will be happy to recommend the service to anyone.

Reserved service 3 weeks prior to move. Was give a one hour arrival window. Was told I would be called two days prior to move to confirm and again when truck was enroute on day of move. Both calls were made as promised. Communication was excellant. Personnel arrived within window and had all equipment to move furniture. Personnel were courteous and took care of furniture. Will use again.

They guys from Mobile, AL we’re so amazing! They were efficient, quick, and gentle with all of my things! I cannot believe how fast everything was loaded from my apartment and unloaded at my new house. Amazing service!
