The service was great. But the travel policy from store to location is garbage. I understand that there is an hour minimum, but paying almost $400 for 33 minutes of onsite work…I don’t plan on using again.
Response
Jesse- Thank you for leaving us a review! We apologize about the inconvenience regarding our traveling policy. We do have a (1) hour minimum to attempt to cut down on the overall cost. I hope in the future you allow us the opportunity to redeem ourselves. Thank you for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!

The 3 gentlemen that helped me move were outstanding. I could not have asked for a better crew.
The office on the other hand first “scheduled” my move, but then later told me that those dates were overbooked. I had to rearrange my work schedule to accommodate. Secondly after I signed the contract, called me the day before my scheduled move to tell me the cost was calculated wrong.

Destinee was great to work with in the office and answered all my questions.
All of the movers were kind, professional, and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company to everyone that needs moving professionals, whether it’s a big or small job!
