The two movers were in no hurry to do anything. The house was mostly disassembled, with the exception of one bed and they took their time with everything. At our new house, it started raining. They didn’t close the truck or cover any of our furniture. Two of our mattresses got soaked. They tracked mud into the carpet, beat up the front door, and made several holes in the walls.

Weather problems? Two Men and a Truck will work it out. They were able to move me a day earlier due to a winter weather warning on the original scheduled move day. The two men were friendly and knew how to move the furniture the right way.

Overall the move was fine. The movers showed up to the first location on time. Without going into long detail there was one mover that seemed to be annoyed with our move. He scratched our floors at the new house, he damaged one of my bookshelves and damaged one of the legs to our sofa. Another mover dropped one of the legs to our dining room table. If it was not for these things, the move was fine

We have used Two Men and a Truck in Huntsville before and had a great experience both times. It started with Lauren in the office. She was spectacular! The move had some intricacies, and she was patient and kind as well as understanding. She followed up diligently without being pesky. Other than the fact that your system initially looks like the process can be done fully online, but your office staff are still directed to initiate phone calls, i was happy with the whole thing.
