Miss Angelia, as discussed, you were discounted prior to the move and then cancelled your move at 9pm the night before; in the paperwork you signed you signed that you understand that the travel fee would be kept if cancellation would be made last minute. We moved our entire schedule around to accommodate you and performed the move in less time than quoted without any damages. We understand that you want further discounting due to having to pay the travel fee twice, but that is against our policy when you cancelled your move less than 12 hours before it started. We wish you the best in your new home.

The team of guys that came for the move was awesome. Worked hard & had a good sense of humor. Only problem I had was the cost. I was charged over a thousand $ to move my things 4 blocks in less than 4 hours. That was way too much. There was a charge of $200 or more for "travel cost" that I knew nothing about until I got my bill. What's that about ? $1000+ was excessive for 4 block in less than

Hi John - we have a service/travel fee that covers padding, stretch wrap, and fuel for the truck. After that we charge hourly, billed in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time that you use. Both the service/travel fee, and the hourly rate, were laid out in your quote and your pre-move confirmation letter. We had 4 guys and 2 trucks. They were the best ever and we’ve moved several times. They were well mannered, never complained and it was hot..They worked hard, and worked so well together. They were just hard working great guys. They were on the move from 8 to 5.
