My bed was move which is adjustable and connected incorrectly.
The guys tried to resolve but could not get it.
The office was suppose to follow up and help resolve but never did.

items were lost, pace was mediocre. Movers left the headlights on which killed truck battery, so after 3 hrs of literally moving 10 things, had to wait 1.5 HRS for mgmt to come jump the battery. At this point I had to go to work because I did not plan for a 6 hr move (They were moving two beds, two dressers, a couch and two TVs.. we moved all the boxes ourselves). I had a friend come over to supervise, but they put all the furniture in the wrong places, didn't put the bed back together correctly, and left two things at the old apartment (thank goodness we were only moving 3 blocks). You should consider paying your movers by productivity/cust. satisfaction- would increase their pace and increase customer satisfaction. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Will recommend against to anyone moving.

We had the most excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck. From booking online, confirmation calls, last minute questions to day of service when we got a call letting us know their exact arrival time from our moving team then lastly when our guys arrived. Skylar and Quincy were Amazing! These two young men exceeded all our expectations. They worked fast but we're super careful with every piece of our furniture. Best move we have ever had! We will be a forever customer of Two Men and a Truck...and will request Skylar and Quincy.... amazing attitude, great service!

Very pleased. The team worked quickly and efficiently. I had a fridge moved and they were very careful. The sides never touched a door frame or wall. I would highly recommend.

Jonathan and Curtis did a wonderful job! We recently sold our home and had our household items moved to a storage unit. We needed to keep things separated/organized for our future move, as some items will remain in storage. Curtis and Jonathan were professional and quite understanding, as we were andquot;bossing and directingandquot; them as to where to out what.

The slowest move Iandacirc;??ve ever had with two men and a truck. Movers took no initiative. Iandacirc;??ve moved with the exact same stuff twice in half of the time. One of the movers couldnandacirc;??t even make a decision unless the other guy was there. Very disappointed in my experience as Iandacirc;??ve previously had great experiences.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Friendly knowledgeable office staff took call and set up appointment. Drivers showed up on time very professional and did a great job!! Wish it didn't cost so much but will gladly pay to have the positive experience that I had.
