The short and sweet is if you had a One to Five (poor to outstanding) rating system here I’d give you a TEN. The team much more than exceeded my expectations. Rest assured I’ll let “the world” know how pleased I am. VERY glad I used you folks.

Suzanne was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and booking my move. My two movers, Quincy and Reed, arrived on time and immediately got to work. Not only were they very polite and respectful, they were also the FASTEST movers I've ever had! They were so quick, but also careful with my belongings. I found no damage to my furniture upon arrival. They were just as fast when it came to unloading my stuff the next day at my destination. Since my arrival to my new apartment, I have witnessed other tenants' movers coming and going - I can easily say Quincy and Reed could run circles around all the other movers I've seen. I was very pleased with my move.

Overall the experience with good. Movers were courteous and very helpful and took great care of our belongings. One of the movers was injured so it really was more like having two movers when we paid for three. I have already given this feedback to the office staff as it took double the time I was quoted. But I was very happy with the movers other than it taking very long and being very expensive.

The post on one of the beds got broken and the back door was damaged when the couch was moved out.. otherwise a great job !

I used two men and a truck for my move because I was on a strict timeline and had to get moved,, I was lucky enough that they could fit me in and get the job done in a timely manner,,!

There were 3 men, two of which were not very experienced. I had to tell the main man to remove the drawers from dresser to make it lighter to carry up stairs. Once everything was in place at my new residence, I did the inspection and everything was good except for the mattress which they soiled.

Two Men and a Truck was quick and efficient! They arrived on time and got the job done in less than 2 hours!

Joshua and Darryl were very professional, courteous, moved quickly and efficiently. There were some initial concern about the truck not being large enough for my move, but I did not get the feeling they were " trying to kill time" to over charge me. They showed concern for belongings. I did however discover later some of my dishes were broken, but even given this, I was/am pleased with my move. What makes me score overall good, was the last conversation I had with a gentleman from your office--too hard nose of an attitude--meaning he used the take it or leave it tone of voice, when I had not offered any objection to what was being told.
