A rainy day; movers came without runners, booties or any floor protector . Unloaded entire truck before taking very much furniture inside. Some items were wet and damaged. Leg broken on a desk; leg badly chipped on a chair; entrance areas scratched and chipped. One worker spent much time in cab rather than moving.
