The first day we used this sevice, wss great. The 2nd day, the guys were 2 hourd late leaving us with only 3 hrs to move things. Most stuff was packed up and ready to go, yet a great deal got left behind. One guy was working really hard but the other guy wasn't doing much and had a bad attitude. The bill was supposed to be around $500 and it was over $1000 for about $300 worth of work. Never again

Estimate was wildly wrong underestimating amount of man power and space needed as well as time required. Horrible treatment of my goods, no padding, care or attention, moving items uncovered in the rain, leaking truck, leaving items behind, not providing lock, threats to not move goods day of moving if release of liability not signed. As bad as it gets.

Hi, Trent! We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your service. We are also sorry to hear that damage occurred. This is an unfortunate part of our industry, for which we have policies in place to resolve when needed. You refused to acknowledge or accept these policies, which made us hesitant to proceed with your service. In the future, we will learn from this experience and make sure our customers accept our policies prior to the starting dates of their services. Regarding your estimate, we provided a binding flat fee to move as much as possible with one of our 26ft trucks and even offered to load items that wouldn’t fit in our truck into a trailer that you said you would provide and relocate at no additional cost. We fulfilled our agreement for the pricing you received, and we will certainly address your damages when your balance has been paid, per the signed agreement.

I called last minute and needed help the next day. Everyone on the team was so efficient and fast. From calling to get the service setup, to the two men who helped with the move. The pricing was great and I would definite use two men one truck again if I were to need help moving big heavy items.

The moving team was THE BEST. They were experienced, knowledgeable, careful, professional and friendly. I can’t imagine anything they could have done to make the experience better. I am extremely pleased with them and have already been telling friends and family about them. They did everything right.
