Terrell and Logan were great! Good communicators, careful with my belongings and efficient, plus they are just nice people! We did have a truck issue to start out the day (too big/tall for the driveway and trees), but after a call to the office, that was remedied and only delayed the move by an hour.

I was satisfied with the movers and office team who coordinated the move, but you guys overbooked yourselves and pushed us a day back on our move with very poor communication around that as I had to call and inquire about what was going on. To rectify the situation, you only offer a 7% discount overall. C'mon. That's insulting. You guys are overpriced and clearly don't care about your customers.

Assembly of swing set was incorrect and that person knew that and failed to get help causing the canopy to fall off and bending a main bolt. Broke a door on the desk, again knowing they did so but failed to inform me. Rushed me to sign off on the move without attempting to have me inspect there work. Took advantage of my old age.
