Movers damaged the hardwood floors in our home. When loading they placed a heavy piece of furniture on a furniture blanket and slide the piece throughout the house to the front door. This left very visible marks on the floor that we haven't been able to remove. The furniture should have beencarried out, not slid on the floor. Also damaged our king size bed headboard and rails.

The 3 men led by Brian were very courteous, professional, efficient and extremely competent. They did my job faster than the estimate.

1- Two small shelves that fit in the towers of my entertainment center. They are dark wood, maybe mahogany.

Very easy to schedule the appointment, and worked with us as our needs shifted prior to the actual moving date. The crew was on time, very professional, and extremely hard-working. Move was efficient and they took care to protect our furniture. All in all a terrific experience.

I do not believe they know how to pack or load for a long haul move. Boxes half full, fragile items on bottom with heavy ones on top, fragile boxes on bottom, Bagged pillows in large boxes instead of being used as fillers to keep load from shifting. Packed and loaded so poorly that not only was wood furniture damaged and a lot of items broken but cost me more for storage of items not loaded
