The moving team we had was comprised of 4 men. Three were good, the 4th was not careful. He banged furniture into walls and then put a screw through a desk. Ari, in the office, was very helpful until we wanted to be reimbursed. We have been offered $70 for a $600 pottery barn desk. They disassembled a sleeper sofa and were unable to reassemble it. Someone else had to reassemble it.

Our move was seamless, from start to finish. The time estimate was accurate as well (in fact, they were working so hard they finished early!). I couldn’t be more satisfied!
