They are happy to go with the flow of having to get certain pieces of furniture various rooms they worked really hard to get the furniture pieces into the pod we needed and wrapped up everything really nicely and safely. - Peloton bike was loaded on the nose (tipped). It is scratched.
- We asked for some items to be loaded in the front and some in the back to drop off at another location. Couldn’t get to futon, washer and dryer, boxes, stroller, etc. with out unloading 3/4 of truck. Then reload at 2am
- they asked us to disassemble the futon.
- I was there the entire time for instruction, guidance, questions
