Guys were great except failed to mark box contents. Late arrival, stopping with a third of 2nd truck empty (plenty of space for stuff left to load), sent 50 small boxes instead of 50 small, 25 med and 25 lg, 4 men rather than the agreed 5 (1 to be a packer). Unloaded NEXT day. Now want me to pay for the should have been unnecessary 2nd trip to finish! Owner and assessor not taking responsibility.

Office staff were attentive and followup timely fashion. Movers were prompt and efficient. The staff did a great job working with my elderly mom and were patient with her hesitation with moving. They were very attentive in loading fragile items into the truck and helped her in staging her furniture in her new home. Thanks for everything you guys did.

Overall experience with Two Men And A Truck was great! The office staff was friendly, helpful and easy to get in contact with. The movers did a fantastic job. They drove to Olathe to pick up furniture and bring it back to Topeka. They communicated well by calling when they got on the road in the morning and texted when they were 10 minutes away from pick up and drop off points.

The gentlemen who arrived were kind, personable and courteous. They moved quickly and efficiently and were very careful with all of the items. When they moved us into the new assisted living space they were very conscientious about getting everything exactly where we wanted it and even let us change our mind without the least bit of impatience. The moving team showed up on time and work efficiently! They were friendly and helped us out with loading furniture in our trailer.
