This was my 3rd time using Two Men and a Truck and the service was great as always. My moving team was Ja, Semaj, and Tyler and they were very polite, friendly and worked carefully and efficiently. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure the plastic wrap is taken off of everything.

Our staff is trained to tackle even the hottest of days (we do provide beverages to our staff to keep them hydrated). Your move in 90 degree weather is just as important to exceed expectations, as a move in 70 degree weather is. Thank you for your review!

Everyone was really professional in the Ohio office including Jacob and Natasha as well as our moving crew let by Antonio. They packed on the hottest day of the year, were kind, efficient and organized and reliable and easy to communicate with.

The office took great care of us and provided us a very good cost estimate for our move! The moving team (Joseph, Jacob & Jacob) did an excellent job, were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! They treated our household items as if they were there own and everything was packed very carefully, super job; and “yes” we will use them for future moves!

I cannot begin to express how appreciative I am to everyone —my closing ran longer than it should have and the moving team kept in touch with me, willing to start about an hour later than we planned. They were done offloading everything within a couple of hours—putting things where they needed to go, sorting labeled boxes to the right spaces. Thank you for everything.

I felt like the movers could have done the job in a shorter amount of time. I’ve had 2 men before and they were much quicker. I know it was hot but felt like they delayed so they wouldn’t need to go do another job. The one person spent most of his time taking down and putting up one bed.

The moving team was great! However not all of our items fit on the truck. The estimator did not properly estimate the size of our move. This is a needed area of improvement.

Another great move. I’ve used Two Men and a Truck before and was very satisfied. This time did not disappoint. I think the best thing is the positive upbeat attitude of the guys you employ. Makeem and Q were great! Moving is more than just hauling furniture. It isn’t easy but guys like Makeem and Q make it much better. Please let them know I really appreciated their work!
