On the day of my move:
1) A member of the moving team, Shelton, explained the terms of service incorrectly.
2) A dresser was damaged and I have not been contacted regarding my damage report.
3. The team gave up moving a bookcase that I later had to hire a second crew to move, which they did easily on their first try.
4. The final bill was wrong and a mover gave me a hard time when I addressed it

Double check which day you book because mine was booked incorrectly and cause the team to work overtime to fix it.
