Was very pleased with the whole experience. The office team was always prompt and personable and the moving team was polite and efficient. My only constructive feedback would be that I wish they had wrapped out mattresses for transportation they were quiet dirty when they arrived on the side that had been down and needed to be cleaned.

I can't say enough good things about my moving team, Calvin Hill and his partner Kenon. They were both very couteous and helpful. They were very mindful to take care of our belongings in the move. In past moves, I expected to find dings in the walls/doorframes and scratches on the floor, but not this time. Calvin and Kenon took their time to make sure things were moved carefully. Great job!

The two young men who moved my belongings were very nice and professional. I was moving as a result of a very difficult personal situation (divorce) and everyone I dealt with- office staff and movers- was efficient and nice. Moving was something I had been very stressed about, and you all made it as pleasant an experience as it possibly could be. Thanks!

The reservation process was easy, and the two movers were very careful with our treasured family furniture pieces. The price was very reasonable, too. We will be calling you again to complete the rest of our move in a couple of months!

Did not receive a phone call the morning of the move.
Was charged over the estimate. The team leader Chris stated that we would be informed during the move if the estimate was to be exceeded. We were not. And he also spent at least 30-45 minutes if the time charged trying to access the damage report app/program.
