Shane and Jake did a great job. The were courteous and helpful. I was also very happy with the response I got from Dan when I reported a missing finial from my lamp.

The 2 guys were nice but not prepared to move the items listed. No screwdrivers or plyers. They had a layout of how I wanted the furniture placed but I was had to supervise the placement of each piece. The handrail to the basement is nicked and abraded and the wall is marred. it took was 5 hours and the planters in the kitchen never made it downstairs. Very disappointed my prior move was flawless.

Devon and his team were amazing. They showed up promptly and worked fast to get us unloaded and into our new home with minimal stress. They made everything look easy and took great care with our belongings.

The team was late to arrive. They were very careless with my belongings. Dropped my dining table right in front of me and damaged it. 1/2 of my furniture have damages (including my 2 dressers, dining table, dining chairs, washer and dryer etc). Dropped and broke boxes of glassware even though they were clearly labeled glassware. Left behind 2 rooms (nursery, patio and garage). All were on estimate

This was the worst move I’ve ever done in my life. The company destroyed items that have been in my family for years as heirlooms or things that have been bought in once in a lifetime trip. The unprofessionalism of the packing and loading crew was incredible. The service was not worth it.
