I was told that if my move got done in less than 2 hours then it would be cheaper than what she quoted me. My move was done in an hour and it still cost me $500. This seems very extreme!

I paid two men and a truck to handle a move so that I could spend my paternity leave with my newborn. Instead they left many of my items, lied about what had been taken, and didn't communicate at all. I've spent most of my paternity leave driving back and forth to my old house to finish my move, instead of spending time with my newborn child. I would strongly recommend no one use this service.

I don’t have anything good to say about our move. Not good at all!
1. They came two hours late
2. Estimate was way off
3. Made me sign a waiver bc they couldn’t take about furniture or they wouldn’t move it
4. Broke the glass in the item they made me sign a waiver ( which was removed and should have been wrapped)
5. Didn’t bring wardrobe boxes
6. Left 90% of our clothes at original location
