The men actually arrived earlier than expected which was great. They worked expertly, almost magical, they were so fast and organized. They were in and out in no time and took good care of my things.

I was satisfied with the movers and office team who coordinated the move, but you guys overbooked yourselves and pushed us a day back on our move with very poor communication around that as I had to call and inquire about what was going on. To rectify the situation, you only offer a 7% discount overall. C'mon. That's insulting. You guys are overpriced and clearly don't care about your customers.

Assembly of swing set was incorrect and that person knew that and failed to get help causing the canopy to fall off and bending a main bolt. Broke a door on the desk, again knowing they did so but failed to inform me. Rushed me to sign off on the move without attempting to have me inspect there work. Took advantage of my old age.

The woman I spoke to in the office made the experience amazing. She was funny clear and so helpful. When I called her to confirm she made the call seamless, and when I called the next day when I had an issue she handled it like a champ and gave me every reassurance needed.

The entire team was amazing. I had a small (but heavy) item with a bit of a time crunch. Originally they were able to schedule me in 2 days but due to another customer rescheduling they could fit me in the next afternoon. The pickup was an 'easy' outdoor location next to a driveway but the drop off was behind the house across the grass. These guys made it look easy.ill definitely use them again.
