We actually got a crew of 3 men and a truck, and they completed the move itself I 1 hour and 15 minutes with professional results. Thank you to the entire crew and the office staff, too!

I’ve been waiting more than a week for Charlotte to get back to me about the 2 irreplaceable pieces of furniture that were damaged in my move. As I previously described, this was not an accident - it was utter negligence and 100% avoidable. In both cases the mover put the item on its side and slid it on the ground, destroying the finish and gouging the wood. Any amateur would know not to do that.
