Everyone on your team was polite and professional. Very efficient. Only one drawback - as I mentioned on the phone, after your guys left, we noticed 2 marks left on a door facing and baseboard that will need to be repaired. Nothing major, but disappointing in our brand new house. Accidents happen.
Also, I would suggest removing drawers from large dressers, or using straps. I felt bad for the guys

The movers spent all their time packing insignificant miscellaneous items and left the important necessary items at the old address. The movers led us to believe they completed the job and were very anxious to ask for a 10% gratuity by Zelle at a $2000+ bill the gratuity came to $200. The next we checked the old address and found all the missing items there unpacked or moved. So sad too bad reply

I was really pleased with my moving team! They were careful, efficient, and really worked hard to make it a good move. I was impressed that they came early and also were willing to make sure everything went right where I wanted it…. And then move it again when I changed my mind. I’ve had a lot of movers in the past and this is one of the best crews!

Our moving team was absolutely amazing. They did a fantastic job moving all our items efficiently and with care. They were especially careful with some large heavy items and a difficult staircase. We were very stressed about our entire move, and this team put us at ease the entire time. We had a small set back with unloading time and they were flexible and never made us feel like it was a problem.

The gentleman who was the initial contact was prompt to call back and arrange a date for the move within a short time frame. He listened to our needs and gave us an estimate within 24 hours. The movers arrived on time. They were friendly and hard workers. Everything was wrapped and carefully arranged inside the storage unit where delivered. I'll contact Two Men and a Truck for future moves.
