My mirrored jewelry armor was broken at initial contact. I called, I was told the mgr wld only approve to reimburse me a little over $19.00 for a $200 piece furniture. This was the first of May, I still have not gotten it. On my second move with them I asked them to take 2 pieces I did not want. Mgr, Jose, said it wld cost me $100. After I just paid the over $1500 on 2 moves. VERY BAD CUS SVC!

Wyatt and Kyle did a wonderful job. I know it was hard to get the heavy stuff up the stairs and around a couple corners, but everything was great!

Abdul and Shiloh were a great team! They were organized and efficient with time as well as courteous and friendly. The only downside was we had to wait almost an hour past our time window, due to a situation with the customer before us…nothing to do with Abdul and Shiloh.
