My custom sofa was ruined and I have not heard from the team yet on how you’re going to replace or compensate for it. The sofa was brand new and entirely shrink wrapped but the movers took off the shrink wrap off without asking and drug the sofa up the back porch railing, destroying the sofa and the porch rail. Extremely unhappy until this is fixed.

Service was phenomenal! They were able to book us with just 2 weeks notice. A portion of our “stuff” went to a local apartment here in Ohio; and the rest to storage facility in Indiana (3 hours away), and they did it all on the same day. Jacoby and Brady were absolutely wonderful. Hard working, professional, friendly and a delight to work with.

I had forgotten to remove a bank envelope full of money from my items to be packed. When I opened a box, lo and behold the envelope was virtually on top. This is why I only go with 2M&AT - honesty, virtually no damage, and so many other reasons. This was my 4th time utilizing your company; and I will never go any place else!
