Everything did not go as planned, but sometimes that is to be expected. Jacob resolved AND followed up with me the next day. In the end, everything got moved and the crew was great. Chase and his assistant (did not get his name) were efficient.

The team was great. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that during transit, several of the boxes fell over and spilled their contents. They were files to be returned to the filing cabinets. But they were very professional and helpful.

Cory and Alex did a great job for me moving my mom to a new assisted living community.
We were surprised by the black mold under the curio and I understood why they were not able to move it.
But to my surprise they forgot some items in her closet, very large pictures and mirrors, which Cory had indicated could be wrapped in moving blankets on the truck.
Overall, great job.
