The office team was very helpful and professional. I had a series of questions while working through my move timeline and they were helpful and timely in their response. They also advised on what would be best for my move and not what was necessarily best for their making money. The move team was hard working and accommodating. I hoped they would fit more in the truck but I may just have too much.

The two men who moved me were fantastic! They were cautious with my things, packed my moving truck to perfection, and were very efficient. It was a hot summer day and I lived on the third floor with no elevator so my move was no easy task. I would hire them for every single move in the future if I could.

These 2 young men were NO NONSENSE movers. They arrived exactly on time and 3 hours later I was unpacking in my new apartment. This time I got to sit in my chair and watch someone else do the lifting. These 2 guys took care of everything. And they were very respectful of me and my furniture. This is the only way to move. I paid for packing and moving. Shoes were just piled unwrapped into the bottom of boxes. Clothes on hangers were piled into wardrobe boxes, not hung on bar, and are all wrinkled. Why was I charged for wardrobe boxes not used properly? Boxes that they wrote “do not stack” on they then put at the bottom of a stack of 5 boxes in my home. Glass was unwrapped in boxes and chipped.
