The initial call with the scheduler was rescheduled to the next day due to a medical appointment by the scheduler. The next day I waited but didn't get the call, so I called her. She had overlooked me, but made up for that with her knowledge of what was needed and personality. The two gentlemen who actually moved us were TOPS! They worked as a team and were very personable. TOPS!
