Thanks to every person at 2Men who assisted with our move - Josh providing the quote and arranging on site visit to verify quantity of household items; the move team was outstanding all day - Victor, Ethan, Sergei and Dillon - arrived on time, worked so hard, drove to Carmel, unloaded into storage units - all in one day. Also, Josh and Justin stopped by the house to check on us.

We had three young men helping my mom to move from her home to a senior apartment. They were represent and worked hard to get things packed up and moved in a timely manner. All in all I would say we were very happy because the service we had, the only concern I had was that some of her pictures for the bottom of boxes and they were not wrapped or cushioned first. It all turned out okay though.

My moving team was great and very efficient. However I am very disappointed in the office and the billing process. My moving team was with me for less than 1 hour moving me (and only moved 6-7 items). And I was charged for 2.5hrs because I was the first customer of the day. Then when I tried to call the office to discuss this, no one answered and it’s been a couple days and I have heard nothing.

During scheduling the office staff was very friendly and efficient. The team (Dakota, Mike, and a third member that unfortunately I don’t have his name) arrived to move us and they were early, friendly, polite and efficient. They made our move very easy!
