My team of 4 were courteous, professional and very careful with the entire move from start to finish. It was extremely hot that day, not to mention they had already made a 5 hour move before they arrived to move me. No one complained or had any complaints when I asked them to do something for me. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a move and want a professional team to do the job.

I was satisfied with the movers and office team who coordinated the move, but you guys overbooked yourselves and pushed us a day back on our move with very poor communication around that as I had to call and inquire about what was going on. To rectify the situation, you only offer a 7% discount overall. C'mon. That's insulting. You guys are overpriced and clearly don't care about your customers.

Assembly of swing set was incorrect and that person knew that and failed to get help causing the canopy to fall off and bending a main bolt. Broke a door on the desk, again knowing they did so but failed to inform me. Rushed me to sign off on the move without attempting to have me inspect there work. Took advantage of my old age.

The woman I spoke to in the office made the experience amazing. She was funny clear and so helpful. When I called her to confirm she made the call seamless, and when I called the next day when I had an issue she handled it like a champ and gave me every reassurance needed.
