My move was scheduled for 12pm. The movers did not show up until 6:30pm, it was very inconvenient to wait most of the day when there were many other things to do. The office called me to apologize and explain the situation, one gentleman offered a $10 per hour discount that was not applied at payment. The movers had a second location and got lost on their way which cost another 30 minutes.

Antonio and Jay were our two movers and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Both men were very attentive to our needs, took great care with our furniture and made our move across town very smooth and timely. Both gentleman were very professional and congenial.
