The morning of our move one of the two elevators in the building stopped working. However, the team remained upbeat and powered through. The move took much longer with only one (busy, temperamental) elevator from the fifth floor, but they got it done as efficiently as possible and we really appreciated their drive and hard work. Bowyn, Jaxson and Evan were competent, friendly and professional.

Really lovely experience with this team! From being on the phone with Kai who was very kind and personable, to our moving team themselves being very amiable, they really helped make what was a not-fun experience (moving our stuff from a garage to storage due to our apartment's rules, and needing to do it very quickly) into a really smooth and easy process. I can no longer break apart and put back together beds or move heavy furniture up and down stairs. For the sake of aging legs and backs, myself, husband and our ancient Beagle needed to start sleeping in the downstairs bedroom. Greatly appreciate Dana, Oden and Solomon’s strong muscles, professionalism and patience with my many instructions. We are now contentedly sleeping downstairs.
