The movers intimated me,I was called me a name, spoke poorly to and treated badly. I was threatened they would take my things if I didn't sign an INCORRECT document. That is coercion and unlawful. The driver attempted to get me to pay again at the end, said I should tip them because they deserved it AND kept going on about the mix up was my fault. Some of my items were also damanged.

It sounds like moving day may have been especially overwhelming, and while we always aim to make the process smooth and stress-free, we’re truly sorry if you felt uncomfortable at any point — that is never our intent. Our movers work hard to treat every customer with professionalism and care, and as reflected in our many positive reviews, the experience you described is not typical. We'd like to clarify a few things: For out-of-state moves, it's our policy to collect payment before unloading as interstate moves carry high- costs and liability and our movers are instructed not to unload until payment is presented. It's also customary for our team to ask if customers would like to include a tip when they're processing credit cards as many service industries do these days — though this is entirely optional and never expected. We did not receive a damage report for your move, but if you believe anything was damaged, please reach out to us at 479-271-8228 so we can assist with the claims process.

We've used Two Men and a Truck in the past, but this move was an even better experience. The move team arrived right on time and worked so hard--fast and efficient--while also maintaining a friendly attitude. It would have been so easy for them to disengage from us and simply do the task at hand, but they remained kind and engaging. Great experience! Thank you so much.
