Leading up to the move, the office team was incredibly supportive, providing clear information and addressing all our concerns promptly. On our moving days, TJ and King were outstanding. Brandon and Ralph were excellent-- efficient, professional! We had concerns with the online estimation of of items to be moved- my husband put 5 lg and 6 med boxes PER ROOM online, but when Brandon reviewed the pre-move checklist, it stated 5 lg and 6 med boxes TOTAL. This caused us to go over estimated time, but still had a wonderful experience, and will be using you again soon!
