Ashlyn at the office was quite helpful and the 3 person team was very careful and attentive to our moving needs. I was very happy to see the larger items were protected with blankets and shrink wrapped.

Office staff was helpful - answered all of my questions and even checked in during the move. Everyone - including the moving team - was super communicative. Moving team was upbeat and kind. My sofa is big and was pretty tricky to get in (and out) of my townhouse but they were happy to conquer it. Great experience!

I honestly don't have any constructive criticism. The moving team did an awesome job moving our items quickly and without damaging them. They had a great attitude and responded to challenges with the move (tight spaces, extra items) without any negativity.
