On the day of my move:
1) A member of the moving team, Shelton, explained the terms of service incorrectly.
2) A dresser was damaged and I have not been contacted regarding my damage report.
3. The team gave up moving a bookcase that I later had to hire a second crew to move, which they did easily on their first try.
4. The final bill was wrong and a mover gave me a hard time when I addressed it

Double check which day you book because mine was booked incorrectly and cause the team to work overtime to fix it.

The four men that came to help me move were awesome! They were so friendly, professional, and fast. Moving can be really stressful, but when they arrived and started moving my items and wrapping my bigger furniture pieces, my stress subsided. I wish I could thank them again!

Booking was easy and availability was good for our relative short notice. The team was professional and efficient. The charges were unclear at the time of booking and the discussed estimate was less than the final charges. An extra $100 charge was added that was not expected. Good work but at a high rate and vague explanation of billing.

I believe their names were Robert and Lamarcus. I decided to have them come because I couldn’t get a giant couch out. They had everything done within an hour or so. They were also very nice and tolerated my dog. Thanks to both of them and the office staff, as well.
