When I spoke to the gentleman during the intake process I was very clear about having a weight machine that was not a weight set but an actual machine and he had said that would not be a problem our technicians or our movers would be forewarned, and he also said there were no issues with any of my gym equipment, which included Pilates reformer, elliptical trainer. This wasn’t the case!
