I am still hopeful that things will be taken care of. So far I have been pleased with the response to our problems. I own a business and I understand the difficulty with staffing. However, I would suggest in the future that a senior manager at least stop by or call to check in with the client. The guys really did try hard and they never waisted time, they just were not efficient.

If I could give the team that came to pack my center and move my center 100 stars I would. They were amazing and so easy to work with. They all went above and beyond what I could have expected.

Men were very unprofessional didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Left marks on my furniture, hit walls and didn’t take Saran rap off.
