Both teams (packing, loading and unloading) were very professional, super nice, efficient and extremely careful with our belongings. Took special care about some sentimental items and high value items. Our move was a bit of a special case and the Two Men and a Truck teams were super flexible and handled our schedule changes like champions, which made a very stressful time much more manageable!

Late arrival- I had to move my closing to accommodate. And that was challenging
1 mover short, needed 3
Movers had no tools, I supplied mine for the necessary disassembly/reassembly
Lead mover- was not properly trained to be lead. It was obvious
Items were moved that I specificed not to move- and then broken.
Paid for mattress bags, found them all unused
Move delayed- truck stuck at new drive

The movers were great - I didn't have much contact with the office team. Luckily I have done this before so I remembered most of the rules regarding moving. It was pretty simple. I just sent pictures of everything and they quoted me off that. When it was actually time to move, it was a little less stuff (got rid of some furniture) and ended up being a little more than the quote but pretty close.

The moving team did not have the proper tools as they asked to borrow some of mine. Disassembly was two beds and a table. Their tools were small hand tools, so it took the team far more time to assemble the furniture than the last crew we hired. They damaged furniture due to not protecting it. Items were pristine, so damage was obvious, and wish they had proper tools to work not chargemeextrahours
