There first crew that arrive on time. We explained the complete layout to them and then they left. Me and my Friend Derek waited for almost two hours before the second crew arrived. We explained the complete layout AGAIN. When they went to work, they did an excellent job and were very polite, professional and cooperative. Your dispatch department made your front office appear very unprofessional.

We moved to our area 7 years ago and used a large moving Co. With this move we used 2 men and a truck. The experience has been totally different. The team in Bloomington IN is beyond exceptional. They have been helpful, courteous, and extremely professional. Our team of Lukas, Matt, Zac, and Joey were polite, willing to help, careful, and hard workers. Just can't go wrong with this crew

Need to focus more on the customer, rather than making sure every minute of your time is accounted for. Your rules are too rigid and it was obvious that the movers didn’t quite understand them either. One worker did all the work while the other was busy entering information into his iPad. I also take exception with the ‘Valuation’ & ‘Fuel’ charge as it sounds like an excuse to charge more.

Bruce and his crew from the Fairburn, GA location were fantastic. They had to move me on a rainy day and it never slowed them down. I went from a ranch style home to a two story and it was no issue for the crew. They were extremely professional and I would recommend he and his team to anyone looking for a quick and painless move.
