The entire team was excellent. The movers went above and beyond to try to get an armoire down the stairs, although they were ultimately unsuccessful. Very friendly and polite.

The crew worked hard in the bitter cold. There was more material to move than we originally estimated. That caused the move to take much longer than expected. They stayed cheerful and pressed on to complete the job.
There was some small damage to a table and they were optimistic that it could be easily repaired. Unfortunately, the mobile terminal they used was unable to take photos or log it.

FANTASTIC CREW; THE GUYS WENT OVER AND ABOVE AS USUAL TO COMPLETE THE DELIVERY. YOUR FRONT OFFICE DID A GOOD JOB WITH COMMUNICATION WITH ME AS WELL. THE ONLY PIC I HAVE IS EACH INBOUND CALL I MADE WAS GENERALLY LEFT ON A VMAIL. THIS WAS AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY, AND I DID NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL BACK FROM THE LAST MESSAGE I LEFT ON SUNDAY REQUESTING ANOTHER PERSON DUE TO THE EXTRA BOX'S.
