James and his team did a great job with our move. They were professional, positive, and respectful of our belongings. We could see them being very careful to protect our furniture and our home from damage. They were efficient and energetic, getting the job done in a timely manner. James was a good communicator throughout the process and promptly helped out with anything we needed.

They forgot to put together my daughter’s bed. Some items were broken during the move. However my building had been condemned due to a fire and there was no electricity and I only was allowed 6 hours for my entire apartment to be packed and furniture loaded so under the circumstance I cannot really fault them for some items being broken. Overall they were very helpful and did a great job.

This is my 2nd time moving and using twomenandatruck. The first move was great, but the second and most recent move led to a loss of my TV. I’ve called them and left numerous messages and no one was ever able to help and no one returned my call after multiple attempts. Very disappointed and I won’t use then again.

The service was good but was almost double the estimated cost. There are things in the future I would do differently to help expedite the move. The crew was really nice and helped me move in a piano at the end with an additional fee. The downside is they broke our dining room table. Waiting to hear back on how it will be fixed.

Absolutely wonderful young men helped me move a storage unit that would have taken me and my husband at least two weeks and a broken back—in three hours. Professional and kind and even loved on the animals!

I am very grateful to the guys who showed up to move my conference room table. It could not fit in the elevator and they brought it up 3 flights of stairs without a scratch. It was extremely heavy and I appreciate their diligence and hard work. Thank you.
