Our moving team Chris, Nick and Barron were outstanding! Couch won’t fit into the elevator? No problem for these 3, they walked it up 4 flights of stairs! Super quick and efficient move. This is my go-to moving company and will continue to be so. Great job!

The service fee is a hidden cost. I specifically asked Bailey if this cost would be deducted from the total cost and he said yes. My question was is this in addition to hourly charges. This was not clearly explained and because of this, I was overcharged by $198. For this reason, I would not recommend this company.

We do not have any hidden fees/costs and try to be as transparent as possible to ensure our customers know exactly what they will be charged. Our records show you signed your confirmation letter which outlined the service fee as a separate line item and gave an estimated total for the job.
