I appreciated everything that the office management and moving team from Bentonville, AR, did for me and my family. I called in a panic because I needed to push back our moving date due to unexpected delays. The person I spoke to in the office was kind and understanding. She immediately put my panic to rest. Our moving team was flawless. They were careful, kind, respectful, diligent, and AWESOME!

We gave two men and a truck about an hours notice. Two men and a truck we were able to send out a crew and unload a 26 foot box truck within a couple hours with no hassle.

The three men who did the mover were excellent. They were on time, worked tirelessly, and were very careful in packing and moving. They were friendly, and over the course of the day through small comments here and there, we got to know of some of their background in the military, their family, and what they enjoyed about their work and specifically your company. Packers did not come with enough papers and truck did not fit everything. Not sure if it was a misunderstanding after they did a walkthrough of my house. Not sure if it was a misunderstanding between the accessor and/or the office with the movers.
