Moving crew took extended amount of time to wrap the single sofa I wanted moved. Then they claimed the couch could not be brought up the stairs to my apartment. I had to call a friend over and we got it up the stairs in about 15 minutes. So I didn't get my sofa moved in, and was charged almost an extra hour for services not rendered.

Movers were friendly fun and went above and beyond for me. unfortunately, a natural part of moving, multiple large and expensive pieces of furniture were damaged. I have faced so many issues with the office to get in contact, a lack of follow up, and adamantly lying about the coverage i have for my items despite photos and copies of a signed contract. I am still waiting for a call and resolution

Awesome job. The only thing was I should have been notified when changes were made from three to two movers before they showed up because I needed to supervise them and also because it changed our plans for when we could eat.
