It took me a month to talk to someone in the office, once screening took place, to schedule the move. I was FINALLY in contact w/ Gina things improved greatly. We did have to reschedule twice, for reasons out of our control and Gina was so great with working to reschedule it.
The moving team- Lyle, Alder and Wayne were AMAZING!! Hard working and great attitides even with the hot weather.

The movers were super helpful and friendly. They learned our kids names so they could label the boxes accordingly, which was a very cool thing to do! They were all very careful with our things and just overall a great group of guys!

Erik J and crew were great! Very conscientious and careful about packing our belongings to our satisfaction and asking questions about things like medications and cleaning materials. They were efficient and courteous. Would like to have as many of them as possible to participate in the actual move tomorrow, July 20th ( DeShawn, Tim , Colin and Erik )

The person in charge of the final sign off was taking much time preparing the bill. Being charged every 15 mins, concerning. He sat in the truck for 7 minutes, then talked to a stranger for 3 minutes. Then showed me a blank screen on his iPad and asked me to sign it. I had no idea what I was signing and requested to see the final bill first to which he said "that's gonna just take more time' WTF?!
