The team was very polite and took great care with my items.
The only thing I didn’t like is your practice of charging for the time driving to and from the job. That seems excessive to me. I had items moved from my basement to the garage so there was really no “travel” time involved.
Overall a very happy experience. I will use again.

Both Brenden and Tyrone were so professional and took great care of all my items including my heavy smoker! A plus service from these two and couldn’t have had a smoother move. Will fosure recommend this company to friends and family. Also the two movers are amazing assets to your company. Any stress I had about moving was gone within the first few minutes .

I have used you before and been very happy. This team was very professional during the move. However, they missed an entire cabinet of glassware that I needed to go back and empty out. I also cannot find my silverware and believe they may have missed that as well, but cannot get into the apartment any longer. There are also 2 support bars for our bunk beds that are missing.

I had to change the date of the move a couple of times!! Victoria was very gracious about it. Our moving team called ahead and told us when they were 30 minutes out-loved that! The moving team was very personable, accommodating, and joked with us, which made a rather stressful move more pleasureable. We’ve always used TMT and have never been disappointed. Barbara
