Other than the fact that your system initially looks like the process can be done fully online, but your office staff are still directed to initiate phone calls, i was happy with the whole thing.

The movers did not put back together two of our beds and also left our door to the basement damaged. I gave feedback to the office and they said that they would give us a credit for our time putting the beds together and send someone to fix the door. Neither of those things happened even after I followed up on status.

Our organization, Wreaths for Veterans has previously used 'TMAAT"on a number of occasions. The office staff, in particular, Ms Adreanne Humphrey has always been very aware of our needs and ensures the moving vans are at the proper locations at the correct times. We have always found the drivers to be professional, courteous and punctual. Always willing to help us with the loading/ unloading.
