Hiring movers is a big expense but dealing with Two Men and a Truck was a great experience! The office staff was friendly and informative and provided great customer service. I knew ahead of time what all the charges would be and could be. The men that showed up to help me move were friendly and moved quickly. They did a lot of work and I could not have done this without them!

The moving team was very professional and reassuring during a stressful time. My only complaint is that it took twice as long as the estimate given. I'm not sure if the estimate was too low or if the crew was slow. It took nearly 4 hours to load the truck and another 4 hours to download and move into a 2 bedroom apartment.

I was very pleased with both the office and moving team. I spent quite some time on the phone with Derrick discussing my needs and he was very understanding, professional and accommodating. Q and (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) were AWESOME. They were efficient, friendly and made sure things were where I wanted them and made sure all my expectations were being met every step of the way. I appreciate the assistance of having movers move me but it was very unprofessional when you have a scheduled arrival time of 12:30-2 pm and the drivers show up at 4:40 pm. I also never received a courtesy call to be notified that they would be late, I had to call the office twice to get an estimate of when the team would arrive. They were unorganized and all over the place.
