Randy and Logan were my moving team and they were such a pleasure to deal/work with. They made it feel like it was family and friends I was moving with and they moved very quickly. I have used this service many times before, and the consistency in quality of service is what keeps me coming back! This time was no exception, from the booking to the actual move everyone was extremely professional and made our lives much easier during what is always a turbulent time.

Even though I was moving out of a 1-bedroom apartment, I had a lot of stuff. I mean a LOT. Our movers were great! It was a hot summer day, yet they worked hard all day long. My only feedback is that some boxes labeled "fragile" were placed at the bottom of many stacks & some boxes labeled for one room would be put in another (i.e. kitchen ended up in my bathroom). Overall, they were great!

We were very happy with the service on the day of the move. The team was professional and polite. Unfortunately, we found bed bugs after the move that we believe originated in the truck itself. We don’t blame the team, but we are frustrated with dealing with bedbugs that we previously didn’t have in our homes.

Megan, please be sure to get with our office. We would like to talk to you about this as bed bugs are a serious issue. We will be able to help you find out if it came from us, as we would have had to do a full fumigation. We can check our records if this was something we did.

Jason and Wyatt were phenomenal!! Very professional, polite, and efficient. They also worked very well as a team. I was expecting the loading process to take some time.
