The office team was very helpful and explained the range of service costs, follow up was very good. I received confirmation of appointment. The moving team were on time efficient and professional, the charges were explained to me and matched the office teams quote. I would use this company again. I also appreciate that a portion of my payment goes to charity.

The 4 men on our FINAL moving team were SUPERB. Our problem was with timing. Our slot was set for 3-5PM. I received a call at 2:41 saying arrival would be around 4:15. By 4:54 I heard nothing so I called back. I was informed that a new team had been assigned to us but I was not informed of the change. The new team called at 5 with a time frame of 1 hour, due to traffic they arrived at 6:42.
